Your missions ##

• You take responsibility for the Sales Analytics domain and provide data-driven analyses to assess actual commercial performance and identify untapped sales potential
• You systematically develop a transparent vision of commercial potential across the entire installed base as well as actual commercial performance, in order to concentrate commercial efforts on areas where they will have the most impact
• You provide analyses and insights on customers and sales to inform decisions regarding the product portfolio, pricing policy and go-to-market strategy
• You share responsibility with the sales teams to realize the jointly identified sales potential, based on agreed key performance indicators (KPI)
• You guarantee the reliability and consistency of sales figures through the harmonization of definitions within the team. You also ensure the monitoring of problems related to CRM data quality with the relevant managers until their resolution
• You identify significant developments in commercial performance and conversion rates in advance, and proactively propose automation measures and process improvements to reduce manual tasks
• You ensure business continuity through regularly updated documentation and a mutual replacement system in case of absence

Your profile ##

• You hold a master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, Business Analytics, industrial engineering or a related field
• You have at least two years of experience in data science, sales analytics or commercial analytics. Experience in the Aftermarket sector is an asset
• You are perfectly proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or French is an asset
• You possess in-depth knowledge in statistical analysis and machine learning (Machine Learning)
• You are proficient in Python or R as well as SQL for data analysis and modeling. You also have proven experience in creating dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• You combine strong analytical abilities with commercial pragmatism and know how to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and concrete results for the company. Curious and autonomous, you have excellent coordination skills and know how to collaborate effectively with different departments. You enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment, involving several company functions
