For one of our clients in the canton of Genève, we are looking for:

Structural Work Team Leader

Your missions:

• Supervise and coordinate a team on the construction site.
• Organize and distribute tasks according to plans and instructions.
• Participate in structural work: formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety rules.
• Ensure coordination with other stakeholders on the construction site.

Your profile:

• Confirmed experience as a team leader in building: mandatory.
• Good knowledge of structural work.
• Ability to manage a team and organize work autonomously.
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and team spirit.
• Experience on construction sites in Switzerland is strongly desired.
