Your tasks

Our customers' needs are your priority. You are responsible for...

• developing new customer relationships and ensuring the follow-up of existing ones
• technical advice and follow-up for customers in Ticino and Romandie
• active sales as well as the implementation of actions in close collaboration with the external sales service
• market observation and corresponding reporting to the external service, as well as to the company manager
• autonomous identification of parts and complete processing of orders in SAP

Your qualifications

As a spare parts professional, endowed with good communication skills, you have...

• a technical or commercial training in the heavy goods vehicle branch.
• Ideally, experience in the sale of automotive parts or commercial vehicles.
• a team spirit and are oriented towards customer satisfaction
• a reliable, autonomous working method oriented towards objectives and solutions
• mastery of the Italian language is indispensable
