MULTI-SITE CLEANING / CLEANLINESS MANAGER WITH CFC

A position where you can make a difference

Present directly in the field, you will be responsible for controlling the quality of services, supporting the teams, and ensuring that the commitments made to our clients are fully respected.

Your sense of observation, your ability to communicate with the teams, and your customer orientation will be essential to guarantee consistent service quality.

Your main missions will be to:

• Perform regular quality controls of cleaning services at different sites
• Verify compliance with specifications, instructions, and JL Services SA quality standards
• Support, advise, and supervise cleaning teams in the field
• Identify any malfunctions and implement the necessary corrective actions
• Ensure the follow-up of remarks and requests from clients in collaboration with the relevant managers
• Conduct site inspections and participate in the implementation of new services
• Control the proper use of products, materials, and equipment
• Participate in the training and awareness of employees regarding quality requirements
• Ensure regular reporting to management and signal situations requiring intervention
• Maintain a close relationship with clients and contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty
• Occasionally participate in site visits and appointments with clients

A job at the rhythm of our teams

The particularity of this position lies in its strong field presence.

Working hours are therefore staggered and variable, in order to allow for the control and support of our teams when they are active at client sites.

You will thus be required to work mainly:

• In the morning, during the shift changes of certain teams
• At the end of the day and in the evening, when our teams intervene on the sites
• According to needs, with a certain flexibility in the organization of your day

The profile we are looking for

You like field work, are attentive to details, and know how to ensure quality requirements are met while maintaining good relations with teams and clients.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• CFC Propreté / Agent d'exploitation or equivalent
• Experience in supervising professional cleaning teams, maintenance, hospitality, or a similar field
• Attention to detail, rigor, and organization
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with teams and clients
• Natural authority, with a respectful and constructive approach
• Autonomy, reactivity, and initiative
• Mastery of French; another language is an asset
• Proficiency with common IT tools
• Category B driving license
• Availability to work according to staggered hours, notably in the morning and evening
