Engineering & Maintenance Manager (m/f) 80%-100%

VITOGAZ Switzerland AG is the Swiss market leader in the field of liquefied gas (LPG). To strengthen our team at our location in Cornaux (NE), we are looking for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager. You are responsible for the integrity, availability and safety of our plants and lead a team of approx. 8 employees.

Your tasks

QHSSE & Quality

Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations during operation and when working in the depots
Development and maintenance of a technical emergency plan for the depots
Implementation of the HSE measures of the management as well as the quality policy of VITOGAZ
Keeping risks associated with planned changes at an acceptable level (MOC)

Engineering & Projects

Leading the project and maintenance teams as well as coordination of contractors and suppliers
Execution of projects for the technical improvement of the plants in cooperation with internal and external partners
Replacement of plants according to the manufacturer's life cycle or operational requirements

Maintenance

Creation and further development of the annual maintenance plans for the depots
Execution of unplanned interventions and fault rectifications
Maintenance of the buildings and infrastructure of VITOGAZ
Management of a spare parts inventory as well as setting up framework agreements for recurring maintenance work

Administration & Leadership

Participation in the creation and monitoring of the maintenance and project budgets (total approx. 3'500 kCHF)
Optimization of the staff and promotion of the competence development of the maintenance technicians
Definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
Updating the depot plans and the technical documentation

Your profile

Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering or industrial engineering
Excellent knowledge in the field of LPG and industrial plant maintenance
Proven experience in technical project management and team leadership
Languages: French (preferably native language), good German skills
Natural authority, decisiveness and sense of responsibility
Spirit of innovation, diligence and pronounced team spirit
Strong organizational skills and result-oriented way of working
