Systems Administrator, with network knowledge at 80-100%

Reporting to the Director of the Information Systems department, you ensure the administration, maintenance and evolution of the system infrastructures and digital services of movodis SA. You contribute to the smooth daily functioning of the IS, its security and the quality of service provided to employees.

At the interface between users, the IT team and external partners, you play an essential role in the reliability of technical environments and in the construction of the new IT organization of movodis SA.

Your responsibilities

• Administer digital systems and services: manage servers, workstations, directories, Microsoft 365 services and collaborative tools, as well as the lifecycle of accounts, access rights, groups and equipment;
• Ensure the operation and security of infrastructures: contribute to the smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN networks as well as the operation of firewalls. You participate in segmentation, access control, traffic supervision and the application of security standards;
• Guarantee the availability and reliability of services: apply updates and patches, monitor critical services, handle alerts and contribute to vulnerability management and the hardening of environments;
• Take charge of incidents and technical requests: provide level 2/3 support, diagnose problems related to systems, networks, workstations and access, as well as coordinate escalations with providers and key users;
• Ensure backups and continuity: control backups, participate in restoration tests and contribute to the preparation, as well as the maintenance of the elements necessary for business continuity and disaster recovery;
• Collaborate with providers: coordinate technical interventions with managed services partners, IT suppliers, telecom operators and other specialized providers;
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement: contribute to migrations, renewals, deployments and infrastructure evolutions. You also identify possibilities for simplifying and stabilizing operations and ensure that clear and up-to-date technical documentation is maintained;
• Participate in the on-call service: provide on-call service according to the schedule and thus contribute to the availability of movodis SA's IT services.

Your profile

• CFC in IT, infrastructure orientation, or training deemed equivalent;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the administration of Microsoft / cloud systems and services;
• Proven experience in level 2/3 IT support and the operation of a multi-site environment;
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and identity management;
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, segmentation and supervision;
• Mastery of backup, virtualization, supervision and workstation and server security environments;
• Experience in network administration or operation in collaboration with providers;
• Rigor, autonomy and ability to analyze and resolve incidents in a structured manner;
• Excellent sense of service, ease in communicating with users and ability to simplify technical subjects;
• Respect for security and confidentiality requirements, sense of responsibility and ability to evolve in a team under construction.
