Your mission

For one of our clients based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for after-sales service technicians. The tasks that will be entrusted to you during your mission will be: - Diagnosis of faults - Repair and troubleshooting - Installation and commissioning - Customer follow-up and management of interventions

Your profile

The skills required to successfully carry out your mission are: - Mastering knowledge in mechanics, electricity, electronics, and automation depending on the equipment to be repaired. - Quickly identifying the origin of faults, analyzing the causes, and finding suitable solutions. - Listening to customers, explaining interventions clearly, and knowing how to manage complaints with professionalism. - Planning interventions, managing spare parts, writing reports, and working effectively alone or in a team.
