Your Role As manager of several packaging lines, you supervise a team of 10 to 20 internal and external operators, including the Line Leaders. On a daily basis, you plan and control packaging operations in compliance with EHS basics and GMP standards, while ensuring compliance with production deadlines to ensure our deliveries. As a true ambassador of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing, you drive the optimization of operations with your team. You define and deploy the roadmap to increase the OEE and productivity of your packaging lines. You ensure fluid communication with the Planning, Technical and Quality departments during performance cascade meetings and contribute to strong partnerships. As a local manager, you drive the performance of your employees by defining their objectives and supporting their development. By ensuring regular and constructive feedback for your team, you establish a climate of transparency and trust. Your Profile: Master's level in Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experienceConfirmed experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological (GMP/BPF), food industry or related industrial sector with comparable quality requirementsMastery of the Packaging process and problem-solving methodologiesExcellent interpersonal skills, focused on a collaborative and solution-oriented approachEquipped with very good daily organizationFluent mastery of French and advanced professional level in English to support regular visitsA Belt certification is a plus What we offer: we are curious minds, from various backgrounds and diverse perspectives and life experiences.
