Your field of activity with the new employer

• You will independently take over the management of property accounting for various real estate portfolios and prepare the periodic financial statements
• Close cooperation with relevant interfaces within the company as well as external partners is part of your everyday life, as is active contribution to accounting process optimizations
• You analyze financial key figures, prepare bases for decision-making, and create meaningful evaluations and reports
• In close cooperation with the property management teams, you ensure professional support of the properties and contribute your expertise to the operational cooperation

Your plus for the new employer

• You have a commercial basic training and have ideally further trained in the finance or real estate sector
• You have already been able to gain at least two years of experience in accounting, ideally you are familiar with the real estate industry
• You are proficient in German in speaking and writing, other languages are a welcome extra
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and a solution-oriented way of working round off your profile
