About the role ##

As a Junior Accountant, your role will be to support the finance team on a daily basis while preparing for the transition of a senior employee. You will work on the accounting of public clients within a dynamic and educational environment.

What we offer

Tasks ##

Taking charge of general accounting, including invoice management, reconciliations, general ledger entries, and administrative follow-up.

• Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations on Excel
• Manage invoicing and collection for public entities
• Ensure the processing and payment of invoices
• Enter entries into the general ledger (manual and automated processes)
• Write reminder letters and payment follow-ups
• Gradually participate in future internal audit missions

What we are looking for ##

• Training in general accounting in Switzerland
• First practical experience in accounting, including internship or apprenticeship
• Excellent mastery of Excel software
• Excellent writing skills in French
