Transformation Project Manager - FR/ALL/ANG - PERMANENT POSITION (M/F)

Your mission

Do you enjoy managing cross-functional projects, supporting business units in their evolutions, and transforming complex needs into concrete solutions? For one of our clients, a recognized organization in full evolution, we are looking for a bilingual French/German Transformation Project Manager. In this cross-functional role, you will manage strategic projects and support different teams in the evolution of their processes, services, and solutions. Your responsibilities: - Manage transformation, digitalization, and process and solution evolution projects; - Plan, coordinate, and monitor the different stages of projects; - Ensure monitoring of risks, costs, deadlines, and quality; - Support business units in the identification, analysis, and formalization of their needs; - Analyze issues and develop adapted solution concepts; - Prepare recommendations and the elements necessary for decision-making; - Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders; - Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the organization's transformation initiatives.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science, business economics, project management, or equivalent training; - Proven experience in project management, ideally in a banking, financial, IT, or digital transformation environment; - Mastery of classic and/or agile project management methods; - A HERMES, IPMA, PMI, or equivalent certification is an asset; - Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex issues; - Autonomy, organizational skills, and initiative; - Ability to unite interlocutors with varied profiles and expertise; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; What our client offers you: A cross-functional role with real autonomy, varied and strategic projects, as well as a dynamic working environment offering proximity to the different business units and decision-makers.
