Le Bureau des enquêtes et police des constructions is in charge of processing building permit applications as well as construction police procedures. It ensures compliance with the regulations in force in its territory, carries out public inquiries, establishes building permits, and issues zone certificates.

In order to replace a colleague departing for retirement, we are looking for:

AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at 100%

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training.
• You benefit from several years of confirmed experience in secretarial work.
• You possess a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, writing ease, and excellent mastery of spelling.
• You master the main office software.
• You have a strong sense of public service, are rigorous and organized.
• You are capable of maintaining a high level of performance in a demanding work environment.
