Active in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment such as swimming pools, spas, saunas, and hammams, it accompanies private and professional clients in the realization of tailor-made projects.

As part of the development of its activity, we are looking for a swimming pool foreman / wellness technician to strengthen the technical team.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the proper execution of technical work related to wellness installations and swimming pools, both during new installations and as part of maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Organize and supervise work on various construction sites.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations.
• Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Intervene on swimming pools, spas, saunas, hammams, and associated technical equipment.
• Control the proper functioning of the installations.
• Coordinate different interventions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure the monitoring of work and the quality of realizations.
• Be in contact with clients during interventions.
• Provide appropriate technical solutions to the different problems encountered.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and work procedures.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts.

Profile Sought

• Professional training in a technical field, ideally in swimming pools, sanitary, electricity, building technology, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in the field of swimming pools, wellness, or maintenance is a real asset.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to diagnose faults.
• Experience in conducting or supervising work is an advantage.
• Autonomous, organized, and responsible person.
• Practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good contact with customers.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Driving license indispensable.
• Good physical condition and availability for interventions on different sites.
• Residence in the Valais region, ideally near Martigny.
