Team Leader rehabilitation sector 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Act as the reference person on the field
• Respect and enforce safety rules
• Organize and ensure the implementation of construction sites
• Manage equipment, consumables and site monitoring
• Write daily reports and inspection reports
• Supervise an operator and carry out rehabilitation work with them
• Guarantee the smooth running of interventions and the quality of work

Profile

• Technical training in the building field or equivalent experience
• Very good skills in French, both spoken and written
• Practical sense, rigor and spirit of initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a pair
• Ease in managing stress and unforeseen events
• Driver's license mandatory
