• Perform roughing and finishing grinding on hard metal bars
• Sharpen complex tools in hard metal
• Perform rework and retouching on stock tools
• Work in compliance with very fine tolerances (up to 5 microns and less)

Excellent mastery of hard metal and diamond grinding wheels

Precise use of measuring devices: caliper, micrometer, Marcel Aubert

Reading and interpretation of technical drawings

Perfect autonomy on Schaublin 102 and Ewag WS11 lathes

Good three-dimensional vision of the tool

Ability to work independently and rigorously
