Scheuchzer SA specializes in the mechanized maintenance of railway tracks. Since 1947, we have been designing, building, operating, and maintaining our own machines in order to meet the requirements of railway networks in Switzerland and Europe.

In order to strengthen our department, we are looking for a:

Junior Management Controller (M/F) - 60 to 100% ##

Your mission ##

Integrated into the Finance & Controlling team, you will contribute to the monitoring of the company's performance and actively participate in the activities of the department.

You will notably be required to:

• Participate in the preparation of financial and operational reports as well as budgetary monitoring;
• Perform financial analyses, profitability calculations, and analyze variances and costs;
• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual closings and ensure data quality;
• Participate in the development and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools;
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of controlling processes.

Your profile ##

• You are in training or hold a HES Bachelor or Master in business economics, management, finance, controlling, or an equivalent training;
• Ideally, you have initial experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or audit;
• You have an excellent command of Microsoft Excel and are comfortable with data analysis and key financial statements;
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SAP and/or Python is an asset;
• You are recognized for your analytical spirit, your rigor, your autonomy, and your ability to synthesize;
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate reliability and discretion;
• You perfectly master French; knowledge of German is an asset.
