Your mission

• Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine architecture; influence the development team and prove that the solution will meet the requirements;
• Define the prototype qualification plan; perform tests and analyze results; present and commission the product at customer sites;
• Participate in product maintenance activities; define production tests and their acceptance criteria;
• Strong expertise with concrete achievements in servo regulation for motion control, mechatronic engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset;
• Define the project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria;
• Follow and technically guide the development team to ensure the precise, efficient, and timely achievement of the defined development objectives.

Your profile

• Master's in control engineering or mechatronics;
• Ideally 5 years in a similar position;
• Good understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics);
• Proficiency in MATLAB/SIMULINK;
• Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++;
• Solid understanding of dynamic systems control;
• Autonomy, ability to work in a team; strong analytical capacity;
• Good communication skills, fluent English (capable of being in contact with international customers).
