Ref 2587643 | Date: 27 Oct 2026 Fondation de la Haute Ecole de Musique Vaud Valais Fribourg et du Conservatoire de Lausanne The Foundation of the HEMU and the Conservatoire de Lausanne (HEMU-CL) brings together two complementary institutions that actively contribute to musical training and cultural life in French-speaking Switzerland. Present in three cantons --- Vaud, Valais and Fribourg --- the HEMU -- Haute École de Musique trains professional female and male musicians in classical music, jazz and contemporary music. It welcomes 520 students from 45 nationalities. The Conservatoire de Lausanne provides non-professional musical training to 1'270 students and also offers encouragement tracks intended for young talents. For the 2027 academic year, we are looking for a: Apprentice Commercial Employee --------------------------------------- During your three years of training, you will work within different departments such as human resources, student services, production, communication and accounting. You will thus develop varied skills and an overview of the functioning of a cultural institution. Concerts, musical weekends, discovery courses and cultural events rhythm the life of our institution. By joining our team, you will be able to discover the behind-the-scenes of these projects and contribute to their organization, while developing your commercial and administrative skills in a stimulating cultural environment. ### Your main missions * Management of incoming and outgoing mail * Participate in various accounting tasks * Ensure the complete management of the storeroom and stock monitoring * Organize, classify and archive documents, both physical and digital * Write and format administrative documents (letters, emails, certificates, etc.) * Create and update Excel lists and tables * Participate in the creation of communication materials (small ads, flyers, posters) * Contribute to the organization of concerts, musical weekends and other events ### Your skills * Excellent command of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset * Curious, motivated and organized nature * Good interpersonal skills and open-mindedness * Team spirit and sense of collaboration * Good command of standard IT tools * Desire to learn and develop new skills * Interest in music; musical sensitivity is an asset ### We offer you * Training and an apprenticeship supervised by professionals * A creative, exciting and varied artistic environment * A workplace, spread over two Lausanne sites, with excellent infrastructure and a collegial dynamic * Employee benefits * A meal allowance during inter-company or professional course days * 4 additional vacation days offered during the Christmas period * A bonus upon successful completion of your apprenticeship * Days off offered during examination periods Start Date: 23 August 2027 Workplace: Lausanne Duration of activity: 3 years Admission conditions: Compulsory schooling completed.
