Founded in 1924, the Ecole Internationale de Genève (Ecolint) welcomes 4'500 students aged 3 to 18 representing more than 130 nationalities. FRENCH TEACHER / DELF TRAINER

La Châtaigneraie - Part-time - 2 periods per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Inspire our students through the learning of the French language and preparation for DELF certifications within a stimulating international environment.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Teach the French language (DELF / French as a Foreign Language) to primary school students
• Effectively prepare and train students for DELF exams (Prim A1 levels).
• Regularly evaluate student progress and write detailed reports intended for families.
• Collaborate closely with the pedagogical team and the department head to guarantee quality teaching.
• Manage pedagogical resources optimally to maintain a stimulating learning framework.

Profile sought:

You are a professional passionate about language teaching who will thrive in this role if you possess:

• University degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE / DELPF) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching FLE / DELF to an adolescent audience.
• Accreditation as a DELF examiner/corrector (A1 to B2) constitutes a major asset.
• Perfect mastery of French (mother tongue or equivalent level) and ability to communicate in English.
• Excellent classroom management skills and sense of organization.
• Dynamic and creative approach to teaching, capable of adapting pedagogy to varied profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain constructive links with students, the team, and parents.
• Previous experience in an international school environment is a significant advantage.
