After-Sales Service Technician 100% – Riviera, Chablais & Valais Region

Your mission:

• Troubleshooting: analyze faults, identify their origin, collect necessary information, produce useful sketches, and transmit indications allowing for the recommissioning of the installations.
• Maintenance: control and analyze installations to guarantee their proper functioning as well as the safety of users.
• Installation of new motorizations: install, adapt, connect, and commission motorizations.
• Commissioning: perform the connection and commissioning of installations for our entire range of products.

Your profile:

• CFC in electromechanics, electrician, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of fault finding and maintenance (experience in the field of automatic doors and/or loading dock installations is an asset).
• Comfortable with working at heights (aerial platform and/or lift permit, an asset).
• Good knowledge of electrical diagrams and plan reading.
• Driver's license (minimum cat. B).
• Autonomous, versatile, methodical person with a good analytical mind.
• Ease in communication with clients and various stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Comfortable with performing administrative tasks related to interventions (reports, etc.).
• Available for staggered hours (on-call, evening or night work).
• Residing in the region.
