Missions ###

• Ensure complete management of architectural projects, from the preliminary design to completion
• Lead and coordinate internal project teams as well as specialized consultants
• Guarantee compliance with quality objectives, costs, deadlines, and regulatory compliance throughout the different phases of the project
• Prepare, monitor, and control planning files, calls for tender, submissions, and contracts related to construction operations
• Represent the office to clients, authorities, and project partners, ensuring proactive and professional communication
• Ensure site supervision, lead coordination meetings, and supervise the execution of works until final acceptance

Profile ###

• You have initial professional experience in a similar position within an architectural firm in Switzerland
• You benefit from experience in the preparation of submissions as well as in site supervision
• You ideally master the Revit software
• You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• You have good knowledge of German and/or Swiss German, allowing you to communicate effectively with the various project interlocutors
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and good organizational skills in the management of your mandates
• Possessing certain interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and coordination with the different project partners
