Real Estate Broker 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio through active prospecting
• Identify and obtain new sales mandates
• Ensure rigorous and professional follow-up of mandates
• Manage the entire process between sellers and buyers
• Conduct negotiations until the conclusion of transactions
• Guarantee transparency, availability, and quality of advice
• Generate results in line with your commitment

Profile

• First experience in real estate brokerage mandatory
• Experience in sales or a mobilizable network in real estate
• Strong motivation, resilience, and passion for the profession
• Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills
• You are domiciled in Valais, with a driver's license and vehicle
