• As Product Manager for the further development and management of defined Managed Services in the area of Modern Work & Workplace.
• You can create and present a business case for the executive management based on all market facts, analysis results for the introduction of new products and Managed Services.
• Regular status synchronization and, if necessary, solution support with the technical development team are also part of your tasks
• Creation of the product positioning, the market message and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their communication to support marketing and sales.
• Developing and communicating a company-wide Go-to-Market plan, the leading cooperation with all necessary employees within the Go-to-Market team as well as the control of implementation and execution
• You support and challenge the Product Owner in the interest of the best solutions for our customers

What you bring with you ##

• Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably at a Managed Service Provider
• A university of applied sciences degree in the field of business informatics or many years of relevant professional experience paired with technical as well as personal further training in the above-mentioned areas
• A high customer orientation and sense of responsibility as well as the motivation to profitably support the further development of UMB
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
• Excellent German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Certifications in the areas of Product Management and ITIL are desirable
