Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the direction and monitoring of construction sites, from preparation until the acceptance of the works
• Prepare tenders, analyze offers, and establish comparisons
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of companies and the various trades
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality of execution, and current standards
• Organize site meetings and write the minutes
• Maintain trusting relationships with mandatories, companies, and partners
• Guarantee effective communication with all project stakeholders

Profile

• Training as a Construction Manager or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in tenders and site monitoring
• German native language with good knowledge of French (level B1-B2)
• Organized, autonomous person with an excellent sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, interpersonal ease, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
