Your main missions

• Physical reception of patients
• Management of telephone reception
• Orientation and guidance of patients
• Installation and preparation of patients in the ultrasound room
• Participation in the smooth daily functioning of the medical secretariat

Your profile

Training as a medical secretary or medical assistant

Professional experience in Switzerland is ideally desired

Experience in the field of radiology is a real asset

Knowledge of Xplore software or another software used in radiology

Excellent contact with patients and sense of welcome

Organization, dynamism and interpersonal skills
