Established family on the Lake Geneva region is looking for an experienced versatile employee for the maintenance of several private residences. The position requires real manual expertise and a strong attention to detail. Only complete files meeting all the criteria below will be examined.
Your responsibilities
Small renovation jobs with a requirement for careful finishing
Garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, planting, watering)
Furniture assembly, various repairs and routine maintenance (painting, various DIY)
Tidying, cleaning, handling and occasional logistical support
Simple coordination with artisans and travel between residences
Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in painting (walls, woodwork, touch-ups), required
Confirmed experience in garden maintenance, required
Meticulous handyman, committed to well-finished work
Calm and discreet temperament, sense of service, ability to follow precise instructions
Residence between Lausanne and Nyon
Valid Swiss driving license indispensable
Work permit in order in Switzerland
