Construction Team Leader

Your missions and responsibilities

Ensure the smooth progress of building, transformation, and small civil engineering works.
Mastery of site management and supervision, material management, orders, calculation of material needs, team management (8 to 15 people), setting out, quality control, DT meetings, respect and application of safety rules, reading plans, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements, traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), gang forms, reinforcement, stripping, re-wrapping, vibrating, concrete, brickwork, installation of prefabricated and traditional stairs, renovation, finishes, exposed concrete etc.
Machinery or crane operator's license is a plus.
You motivate a team of workers in order to carry out the work in accordance with our requirements and those of our clients.
We expect

You are a conscientious, dynamic person, showing initiative and endowed with extensive experience in the relevant fields.
You hold a team leader diploma as well as several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in team management.
Your previous positions have highlighted your interpersonal skills as well as your tact; furthermore, you ensure strict application of safety rules.
