L-Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for our La Chaux-de-Fonds site:

Versatile socioprofessional instructor at 60%

Mission:

• Supervise beneficiaries in a vocational assessment and orientation section as well as in a training section
• Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Search for internship places or the resumption of apprenticeship contracts
• Develop and implement individualized socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:

• CFC or a title deemed equivalent, in the field of the secondary sector
• MSP training would be an asset
• Marked interest in the supervision of people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative spirit
• Autonomy, resistance to stress and flexibility
• Adaptation capacities and real aptitudes to work in a multidisciplinary team
