What you can contribute
Advise and support line managers in all HR processes, from workforce planning to recruitment, onboarding, development, coaching, and until the departure of employees
Provide close support to managers on issues related to public personnel law, human resources management, and individual situations, by proposing pragmatic solutions in compliance with the legal framework
Ensure the implementation of the Confederation's HR policy and strategy and guarantee the smooth running of human resources management activities for the benefit of various stakeholders (line management, staff, technical management, HR Service Center, etc.)
Accompany HR transformation projects and support line managers in change management, organizational development, and the evolution of corporate culture
Prepare, analyze, and ensure the monitoring of HR data intended for senior controlling as well as indicators necessary for human resources management; process requests transmitted by the HR Service Center and collaborate closely with various internal partners to ensure high-quality HR services
Contribute to the continuity of HR services by ensuring, if necessary, the replacement of colleagues during absences and by providing support on complex files
What makes you unique
Higher professional education as an HR specialist or a degree from a higher education institution deemed equivalent, accompanied by several years of experience related to the function
Solid knowledge of HR processes, personnel law, and management support
Excellent analytical, advisory, and communication skills, combined with a strong sense of service and a pragmatic solution-oriented approach
Open, reliable, and committed personality, able to establish a relationship of trust with various interlocutors and evolve in a constantly changing environment
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and good knowledge of SAP RH
Ideally, good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

As an experienced HR advisor, you accompany and support line managers with professionalism throughout the employee life cycle. You contribute to the development of the organization by accompanying HR transformation projects, participating in the steering of HR data, and contributing to the implementation of a modern HR policy and strategy that meets the needs of managers and staff. The Base logistique de l'armée (BLA) is there for the troops. With its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, it provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and manages its equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
