Job description:

Supervision and coordination of a team on construction sites
Organization and planning of work according to the deadlines provided
Distribution of tasks and monitoring of work progress
Participation in construction, renovation, and finishing work
Reading and interpretation of execution plans
Quality control and conformity of the work performed
Coordination with other trades and project management
Compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and deadlines

Job requirements:

Training in the construction field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in the construction sector
Experience in management and supervision of teams on site
Good mastery of construction and renovation techniques
Ability to read and interpret plans
Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative
Leadership, rigor, and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and team spirit
Compliance with safety instructions
Driver's license: a plus
