Your tasks:

• Telephone consulting of insured persons and interested parties in German (Inbound)
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Constant monitoring of open pending tasks
• Possible administrative and coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Experience in customer consulting and direct customer contact
• Commercial training or training/experience in customer service is an advantage
• Career changers are welcome, provided experience in customer consulting is present
• Confident German in speaking & writing, other languages are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Completed VBV further training in the insurance industry is an advantage* *
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
