The Fondation Armée du Salut Suisse is an important Christian non-profit organization recognized in Switzerland and throughout the world for its social work.
In La-Tour-de-Peilz, Phare-Elim SA is a medico-social establishment welcoming 46 residents that offers a living place for dependent elderly people and also has a Centre d’Accueil Temporaire with 8 places. Our employees work daily for their well-being, while promoting a convivial lifestyle between residents, their loved ones, and the teams. To support the head nurse in their mission and complete the existing team, we are looking for a qualified nurse.

Your mission:
As part of your duties, you ensure care and attentive support for elderly people in their daily activities, in coherence with the values and mission of our establishment.

• You collaborate in the management and organization of the service, guarantee the proper execution of delegated medical acts, the administration of treatments, and the maintenance of care records.
• You participate in the implementation of Individualized Care Projects (P.S.I.) and life projects, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
• You take part in medical visits and follow-ups, contribute to the quality approach, and supervise apprentices and trainees in their training.
• Finally, you participate in the development and updating of care projects, support families during sensitive situations, and ensure continuity of care during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Your profile:

• You possess an HES nursing diploma or have recognition of your foreign diploma by the Croix Rouge Suisse.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience and have acquired knowledge of psycho-geriatric issues.
• Reliable and committed, you work with a sense of service, team spirit, and responsibility.
• Finally, you demonstrate good physical and emotional resistance, necessary for a demanding and humanly rich environment.
• Autonomous and responsible, you are also conscientious and organized for administrative follow-up.
• You are capable of communicating with benevolence and clarity, and you maintain respectful relationships with residents, their loved ones, and the multidisciplinary team.
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools, and more particularly the DIR.
• You share the Christian values of the Armée du Salut and have an interest in its social orientation.
• Previous experience in an EMS would be an asset for your application.
