DGT Specialist
In this function, you will have the opportunity to integrate projects from the study phase. You will organize and direct the execution of projects until total handover to operations in coordination with the project team.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
You hold a CFC in a technical field completed by training as an ES technician in works management or a HES Engineer
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Ideally, you have completed training in the field of railway construction site safety regulations (APD or APT courses)
Knowledge of the railway environment, civil engineering construction, or the geotechnical field are assets
Recognized for your excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills, you are able to manage several construction sites simultaneously
Possessing very good communication and diplomacy skills, you manage to work easily in a team
Rigorous and responsible, you work in a precise manner, particularly in the application of safety standards
You master French (C1 level), knowledge of German is appreciated

You collaborate with the project team for the preparation of calls for tender, the validation of bids, the intended general schedule, and the safety concept
You organize the site preparation and lead site/coordination meetings
You steer the works and the interventions of the different companies within the framework of assigned responsibilities and in compliance with safety, quality, deadline, and costs
You participate in the development of concepts related to protection measures and the progress of works in your role of Safety Management (RTE 20'100 and 20'600)
You ensure the commissioning and the preparation of execution documents until the closure of the project
