About the role
As an Investment Funds Operations Specialist, you ensure the complete processing and monitoring of investment fund orders for the entire group. You intervene at the center of operational activities in a very fast-paced environment. You act as the central operational link between the bank, client advisors, and fund administrators throughout the world.
Tasks
This role consists of managing the processing, monitoring, and accounting of investment fund orders for the bank's clients on a global scale.
Process subscription, redemption, and exchange orders for traditional and complex funds (Hedge Funds, Private Equity).
Manage the order book and ensure monitoring of execution until recording in the banking system.
Control and regularize pending operations as well as associated cash flows.
Interact daily with fund administrators and external brokers.
Perform KYC reviews and the opening of accounts dedicated to funds.
Offer Middle Office operational support to group entities and client advisors.
What we are looking for
Banking CFC, Commercial Employee with a banking option, or HES/University Bachelor's in Finance
Experience with complex funds: Private Equity and Hedge Funds
Mastery of order routing tools and financial messaging such as GTMatch, GTExchange, and SWIFT.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Solid Excel skills for operational monitoring.
