Planning & Scheduling Agent 80-100% (M/F/D) - Permanent Position

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and adjust production schedules according to customer orders and internal priorities.
• Launch and monitor manufacturing orders taking into account production capacities and available resources.
• Ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing progress and adapt schedules according to unforeseen events.
• Coordinate the various internal stakeholders (production, logistics, procurement, quality, and sales).
• Identify risks that could impact deadlines and propose suitable solutions.
• Guarantee the reliability of planning data within the ERP.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of flows.

Profile

• Technical, industrial, or logistics CFC, or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in a planning, scheduling, or production management function in an industrial environment.
• Good mastery of ERP tools and analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
• Reactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented person.
• Interpersonal skills and a taste for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent command of French
