Accounting Manager 60/80%
For our client, SME holding several companies in the digital field and located in Morges, we are looking for an Accounting Manager for a permanent position between 60/80%. Start of position in the autumn.
Accounting Manager 60/80%
Reporting to the Group CFO, your missions will be to manage the entire accounting of the group companies as well as produce payroll. Analytical skills will also be required.
More specifically:

• Full accounting cycle up to closing for 1 or several entities distributed across 2 different cantons
• Preparation of financial statements, being the point of contact with auditors
• Support for an administrative person and control of AP, AR
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT accounting
• Payroll management process from A to Z, social security charge statements
• HR part: management of arrivals / departures ...
• Support in the cleaning and structuring of the accounting
• Participation in the improvement of IT tools

We are looking for a person with:

• 5 years of experience in accounting - multi-entity with an HR part and payroll management
• Experience in a project-mode company and experience in a fiduciary are strong assets
• Salary: 80/90K CHF - on-site position in Morges between 60/80% with some travel to be expected within the group companies

It is important to be able to evolve in a modern SME environment and to be able to work autonomously on tasks while fitting into a global ecosystem.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible on the rate while not wishing to work at 100%.
