Thanks to its patented technologies rewarded for their innovation, its clients are leading groups in the sectors of microtechnics, semiconductors, watchmaking, and aerospace. With the aim of expanding its team of specialists, Sy&Se SA is looking for a Physics Engineer (80-100%)

Your missions

• Manage development projects of Sy&Se technologies: Interact with clients and suppliers, plan, lead, develop experimental plans and carry them out in the laboratory in collaboration with internal teams
• Write internal and client technical reports; participate in scientific publications and product documentation
• Transfer technological advances and processes to industrial applications
• Contribute to the development of Sy&Se equipment, as well as testing thereof
• Occasionally organize technical training

Your profile

• Physics Engineer EPF or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in a research laboratory, with a very good practical sense
• Autonomous, flexible, efficient, and proactive in seeking solutions
• Good analytical skills, structured, very reliable, and rigorous
• High sense of responsibility and active involvement in achieving company objectives
• Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork
• Mastery of French and good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum, and plasma techniques would be a plus.
