During your MPE internship year, you will evolve within several administrative sectors essential to the proper functioning of the institution, including reception, admissions, human resources, administrative and accounting management, as well as the secretariat.

Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop your skills by participating in various activities such as correspondence management, administrative follow-up for patients, the preparation of statistics, cash and supplier management, as well as the entry of accounting entries.

The diversity of the assigned missions and the specific requirements of the hospital environment allow you to acquire a complete and enriching experience. You will discover the multiple facets of administrative work while contributing, at your level, to the quality of the welcome and services offered to our patients.

You have good knowledge of common IT tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You are an organized, rigorous person and appreciate administrative work. Your writing ease and attention to detail allow you to provide quality work.

The Clinique de Crans-Montana (http://www.hug-ge.ch/crans-montana), nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of taking care of patients for rehabilitations in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, multi-purpose post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitations in an acute environment. The Clinique de Crans Montana holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains resident doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Genève.
