At Deloitte Suisse, within our Cyber practice in Technology & Transformation, you will play a key role in helping organizations protect what matters most, from cyber strategy and transformation to resilience in a constantly evolving threat landscape. As a Manager, you will lead project teams on complex missions, transform technical results into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders, and build lasting relationships with client teams on a daily basis. You will also contribute to our growth: by identifying opportunities during your missions, participating in the proposals and offers that set us apart, and supporting our partners in winning new clients in a market where expertise and credibility make the difference.

How you can make a difference

• You will apply your knowledge of client needs and sectors to identify relevant cyber risks and develop a tailored strategy to manage them optimally
• You will play a leading role in supporting large-scale transformation projects for clients, mobilizing not only your security expertise but also your project management experience and interpersonal skills
• You will use innovative thinking to define cost-effective cyber strategies as well as implementation recommendations by leveraging your experience, your market knowledge and our international network of cybersecurity experts
• You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary and diverse team, client stakeholders and service providers from around the world
• You will actively create and manage lasting relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, relying on trust as the foundation of business success

What you bring to succeed

• Your intrinsic motivation drives you to take on responsibilities and challenges, your fascination with cybersecurity has led you to stay up to date, follow industry trends and develop your cybersecurity expertise
• Your more than 5 years of experience in professional services consulting gives you a deep understanding of cyber strategy and risk management consulting, you also have a proven track record in delivering large-scale cybersecurity projects, both as a technical expert and as a team leader in a project management role
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, the ability to influence and lead others in a consulting role as well as the motivation for business development in the cyber field
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, CISM are considered an asset, previous experience in the consulting sector is essential
• You are proficient in English and French
