Digital Transformation Project Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients, a dynamic and innovative company, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to accompany the evolution of its tools, processes, and digital solutions. You will play a central role in leading digitalization projects, optimizing internal processes, and enhancing data value, in collaboration with the various departments of the company. Your missions: - Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects, from their design to their deployment. - Analyze the needs of the various services and propose adapted digital solutions. - Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes. - Participate in the development and integration of digital solutions aimed at improving operational performance. - Contribute to the structuring, analysis, and enhancement of data to facilitate decision-making. - Accompany the evolution of collaborative tools and digital work environments. - Ensure coordination between business teams, IT services, and external partners. - Define objectives, schedules, budgets, and project performance indicators. - Support users in the adoption of new solutions and ensure change management. - Actively participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence processes.

Your profile

• Engineering degree in computer science EPF, HES/HEG or training deemed equivalent, imperative. - Successful experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or business process optimization. - Good understanding of information systems, digital tools, and challenges related to digitalization. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform environments, or equivalent solutions. - Strong interest in data management and analysis, reporting tools, and process automation. - Good mastery of project management methodologies, traditional or agile. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete technical solutions. - Excellent communication, coordination, and change management skills. - Autonomous, structured, and proactive personality, endowed with an excellent analytical spirit. - Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various interlocutors.
