Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Draft and supervise tenders with precision
• Ensure the direction and technical monitoring of construction sites
• Develop and control financial plans throughout the projects
• Effectively manage accounts, invoicing and monitoring reports
• Provide your support in the design and planning of projects

Profile

• CFC in building drafting or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Autonomous, rigorous, possessing a good team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with MS Office tools and other software in the field
• Excellent command of French, oral and written - another language is an asset
• Driving license indispensable
