We are looking for our Geneva agency for a Property Quality Manager to complete our dynamic team as a << Privérien >> and who contributes to achieving our quantitative and qualitative objectives, within a cohesive structure with a family spirit. Through your supervisory role, you are responsible for the good maintenance of buildings in a large portfolio located mainly in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. Thanks to your regular physical presence in the buildings, you are the link between the management company and the concierge services. You identify any potential damage and/or optimizations and provide the appropriate solution in close collaboration with the concierge service and/or the management. You optimize the relocation of vacant objects through proactive visits to the objects, proposing solutions to optimize the attractiveness of the objects. #### Your mission in detail * Preparation of various reports and client reporting * Active collaboration with the management company and concierge companies * Communication of all useful information to the persons concerned * Drafting of purchase orders/requests for quotes * Organization and conducting of visits to objects for rent * Handling correspondence * Participation in internal and external working meetings #### Your profile * You have completed training (CFC, maturity or a title deemed equivalent), ideally supplemented by experience in the real estate sector. * You have confirmed experience in real estate agency or management, as well as solid technical knowledge of buildings. * You are comfortable with the technical monitoring of buildings and the support of renovation, maintenance, or large-scale work projects. * A person of the field, you appreciate the diversity of missions, demonstrate pragmatism and possess a sharp sense of service. * Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented, you know how to manage your priorities and effectively plan your interventions according to the needs of the buildings and rental imperatives. * Attentive to the quality and good maintenance of the real estate assets, you ensure the general good condition of the buildings and ensure rigorous follow-up of necessary interventions. * Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate human contact and maintain a close and constructive collaboration with concierge teams, management companies and various stakeholders. * Proactive, committed and possessing a true team spirit, you place client satisfaction and service quality at the heart of your priorities. * You perfectly master French, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages is an asset. * You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel regularly between the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
