Senior Consultant - Deal Advisory - Real Estate

Your contribution at KPMG ##

• Conduct the valuation of all types of real estate, whether simple assets, portfolios, or construction projects
• Assist in the structuring and conduct of transactional processes, including the coordination of all parties involved
• Advise our clients from different economic sectors on strategic themes related to real estate
• Perform qualitative and quantitative market analyses
• Participate in the development of our activities and services in Suisse Romande

Here is what makes your success ##

• Bachelor or Master in business management, economics, architecture or engineering (civil)
• Holder of 2 to 3 years of professional experience within the real estate market, ideally in the field of real estate valuation or transaction
• Very good analytical and quantitative skills
• Ease in communication and pleasure in collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment
• Mastery of MS Office applications and programming knowledge is an asset
• Excellent mastery of French and German (bilingual), very good knowledge of English
