Job Description

• Provide support for business development
• Manage a portfolio of partners and clients in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland (brokers, fiduciaries)
• Prepare occupational pension offers while ensuring data consistency and regulatory compliance
• Advise partners and clients on the choice of solutions adapted to their needs
• Coordinate the administrative and contractual follow-up of files until client affiliation and the implementation of pension plans
• Participate in drafting the offer process and creating contractual affiliation documents
• Support the preparation of presentations about the Foundation and external communications
• Collaborate in the establishment of commission statements and verification before payment
• Represent the institution at professional events and industry gatherings
• Contribute to the development of the partner network and the visibility of the organization

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a commercial, administrative, or financial training
• Proven experience in a commercial support function in the field of social insurance, ideally the LPP sector
• Ease in contacts with professional clientele and external partners
• Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, CRM)
• Autonomous, rigorous personality, service and solution oriented
