Missions :

The cook prepares hot or cold dishes intended for the clientele of various establishments: restaurants, hospitals, homes, hotels, etc. These professionals order food supplies, control their quality and quantity, transform or store them while respecting hygiene rules. They compose menus, decorate and present dishes with taste.
