Care and support assistants or Nursing assistants at 100%

Our rehabilitation units are located at the sites of Le Locle and Val-de-Ruz, and offer different types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from multidisciplinary and personalized care thanks to a dynamic and specialized team.

Your missions

• Accompany and support, in an autonomous manner, patients in activities of daily living according to their needs, their habits and their values
• Collaborate in the collection of data, perceive the health potential and the resources of patients and relatives, promote their maintenance and encourage their development
• Respect the established care plan, as well as the criteria of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort of the persons
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, follow and close patient data in the computerized care files
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patients' environment and the management of material

Your profile

• Holder of an AFP in care and support, or nursing assistant certificate, or equivalent title
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of usual office tools
• Experience in rehabilitation, and with people suffering from neurological diseases, an asset
