For an established and successful company in the construction supply and building materials industry, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, sales-strong leadership personality. In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for a regionally significant site and actively shape its future development.

Your responsibility ###

• Overall responsibility for sales, market development and economic success of the site
• Leadership, coaching and further development of a well-established team in internal and external sales as well as in the operational areas
• Support and expansion of key customers as well as targeted acquisition of new customers
• Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of the defined turnover and earnings targets
• Responsibility for budget, costs and profitability
• Ensuring efficient processes as well as high service and customer orientation
• Representation of the company in the market and building sustainable networks

Your profile ###

• Several years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment
• Experience in the construction, construction supply or technical trade industry
• Demonstrable leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong customer and market orientation
• Negotiating-level personality with high initiative and implementation strength
• French at native speaker level as well as good German skills
• Further training in sales, business administration or management is an advantage
