Field of activity

Within the Direction administrative, you ensure the strategic and operational management (financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable) of the financial service

Elaboration of a strategy for the service and its implementation

Management of the service's human resources (approximately 15 people)

Closing of accounts and preparation of supporting documents

Specific financial monitoring and audits, preparation of various statements and elaboration of statistics

Monitoring of relations with the service's external partners (fiduciaries, banks, Etat de Fribourg, Confédération)

Expert and sparring partner for the Direction administrative

Contribution to the global strategic vision of the University's finances

Contribution to the elaboration of the financial plan and the annual budget

Requirements

You have a degree in finance and accounting (min. brevet) and have completed postgraduate continuing education in the field of financial expertise and controlling

Proficiency in the analysis of results and management control

Mastery of the SAP S/4 HANA software and office tools (Microsoft 365)

Several years of experience in project management and team management

Knowledge of public administration processes or willingness to undergo training in this field

Excellent mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language

Language requirements
