We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f) responsible for driving and developing the commercial activity for our client working in the graphic arts. As a true driver of growth, you will supervise a team of 4 employees, lead commercial activity and actively participate in the development and loyalty of a demanding clientele.

Thanks to your excellent knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric, you will identify new opportunities, develop a network of partners and ensure a strong commercial presence with companies in the region.

Job Description ##

• Supervise, support and motivate a sales team of 4 people;
• Define and implement the commercial strategy and development objectives;
• Develop and retain a client portfolio in the Geneva area;
• Prospect new markets and identify commercial opportunities;
• Ensure the follow-up of key clients and negotiate commercial offers;
• Collaborate closely with production teams in order to guarantee satisfaction and the quality of customer service;
• Monitor commercial indicators and ensure reporting to management.

Profile sought ##

• Confirmed experience in a commercial function, ideally in the printing, graphic arts or communication sector.
• Excellent mastery of printed products and the entire graphic chain.
• Good knowledge of different printing techniques: digital, offset, large formats, binding and finishing.
• Ability to advise clients and propose technical and commercial solutions adapted to their needs.
• Solid knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric and ability to develop a professional network.
• Experience or real skills in management and team animation, with the ability to supervise 4 employees.
• True commercial developer temperament, with a pronounced taste for prospecting and conquering new markets.
• Dynamic, autonomous, results-oriented personality, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
