An Adult Trainer in TRE at 80% (CDD)
From mid-October to December 2026

JOBpulse is a training and coaching measure intended for participants wishing to strengthen their job search strategy and processes. Through group training and individual support, participants develop the tools, methods, and skills necessary to enhance their profile, optimize their applications, and position themselves effectively in the labor market. The support promotes a concrete, current, and personalized approach, allowing everyone to gain autonomy and efficiency in their job search.

Your mission

Facilitate training modules, in groups or individually, on job search techniques, particularly around the themes of job interviews and application files, in compliance with the training plans and objectives defined for each course.

Your daily life

• Train and support participants, challenging them in the acquisition and practical application of new skills
• Ensure the logistics of training and coaching sessions: preparation of sessions and rooms, then restoration of the spaces
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of training and coaching: management of attendance and writing of feedback for our client, particularly regarding the progress of participants

Your profile

• Indispensable experience in at least one of the following fields: job search techniques or recruitment
• Level 1 of the federal diploma for adult trainers (FSEA Certificate) and/or experience in adult training
• Very good mastery of common IT tools, notably Word
• Writing and spelling proficiency
• Residing in Switzerland is a requirement, ideally in the canton of Neuchâtel
